61/24 To note the notice of Landowner Deposit: Land at Drayton St Leonard Estate OX10 7BE- The Highways Statement to Oxfordshire County Council which prevents unrecorded public rights of way from being legally recorded on the basis of presumed dedication in the future.
The Landowner has also submitted a statement under section 15A(1) Commons Act 2006 which prevents the land from being registered as a town or village green in the future.
62/24 To comment on planning application P24/S1427/DIS
Description: Discharge of conditions 6 (contamination), 7(contamination – remediation strategy) and 9 (implementation of programme or archaeological work) on application P21/S4551/FUL (1- demolition of existing buildings, and removal of hard surfaces. 2- groundworks to lay out development site. 3- construction of five dwellings. 4- provision of gardens and landscaping. (Phased development). As per additional information received 22 November 2024 by South Oxfordshire District Council.Location: Drayton House Farm Drayton St Leonard
